Germany, has exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5 % and amounted to 5.86% of
the voting rights (357,716 voting rights) as of September 1, 2012.

This notification is to withdraw because on April 21, 2011 (cf. publication
as of April 27, 2011), American Funds Insurance Series – Global Small
Capitalization Fund, Los Angeles, USA, has notified us pursuant to section
21 (1) WpHG, that its percentage of voting rights in zooplus AG, Munich,
Germany, has exceeded the threshold of 3% as of April 18, 2011 and amounted
to 4.35% (122,126 voting rights) and, on March 13, 2012 (cf. publication as
of March 14, 2012), has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that
its percentage of voting rights in zooplus AG, Munich, Germany, has
exceeded the threshold of 5% as of March 9, 2012 and amounted to 5.06%
(308,916 voting rights).
